Willo® Contests & Giveaways

These Terms and Conditions govern promotional offers, contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways offered by Willo 32, Inc. ("Willo" or "Sponsor"), unless otherwise specified.

By participating in a promotion, participants agree to the applicable General Terms and promotion-specific rules. If promotion-specific terms conflict with the General Terms, the promotion-specific rules control. All promotions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and are void where prohibited.

Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified, Willo sweepstakes and giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Willo, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter prize drawings. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to individual promotions.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win a Willo sweepstakes or chance-based giveaway. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Participants must satisfy the entry requirements described in the applicable promotion rules.

Entry Requirements

Entries must be submitted during the applicable promotion period and comply with the stated entry instructions. Unless otherwise specified, entries are limited to one per person.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or ineligible entries may be disqualified. Willo is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unreceived entries resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Winner Selection and Notification

Unless otherwise specified, winners of chance-based promotions will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry or the notification method specified for the promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, potential winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond or satisfy eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Willo may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and may be required to provide information necessary for tax reporting or eligibility verification.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with promotions will be handled in accordance with Willo's Privacy Policy.

Information provided for sweepstakes administration will not automatically enroll participants in marketing communications without any consent required by applicable law.

Publicity and Content

Where permitted by law, Willo may announce winners using their name, city, and state, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Use of participant-submitted photos, videos, testimonials, or other content for marketing purposes is subject to the applicable promotion rules and required permissions.

General Conditions

Willo reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms, submit fraudulent entries, tamper with the entry process, or interfere with the legitimate operation of a promotion.

Willo may cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise its integrity or operation, subject to applicable law.

Changes will not be applied retroactively in a manner that unlawfully disadvantages eligible participants.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release Willo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from claims arising from participation in a promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Current Promotions

Willo Parent Survey Sweepstakes

Promotion Period: October 30, 2026, through November 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older, subject to the General Terms. Participation is not limited to existing Willo customers.

How to Enter: During the promotion period, complete the designated Willo Parent Survey and provide a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of survey submissions.

All eligible survey responses, whether positive, neutral, or negative, have an equal chance of winning. The content or sentiment of a participant's feedback will not influence winner selection.

No purchase or payment is required to participate.

Prize: One (1) $200 Amazon gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $200.

Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days following the end of the promotion and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner fails to respond or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Additional Conditions: The prize is subject to the gift card issuer's applicable terms. Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this promotion.

Willo Social Giveaways

Willo may periodically conduct giveaways through its official social media accounts.

Eligibility: U.S. residents age 18 or older, unless otherwise specified.

Entry Requirements: Entry instructions, promotion periods, prizes, and winner-selection details will be provided in each giveaway announcement or linked official rules.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win chance-based giveaways.

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the applicable social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each giveaway is subject to the General Terms and its individual promotion rules.

Willo Dental Office Giveaway

Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents age 18 or older, subject to the General Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter: Scan the designated QR code at a participating dental office and complete the entry process.

Prize: One (1) Willo BrushBot Starter Kit.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in accordance with the applicable giveaway rules.

Additional Terms: This promotion is subject to the General Terms and Conditions above.

Past Promotions

The following promotions have concluded. Their terms are retained for reference. The rules in effect at the time of each promotion govern that promotion.

Spin to Win

No purchase necessary. One spin per email address. Discounts were valid for a limited time and could not be combined with other offers. Discounts applied to eligible products only and excluded taxes and shipping. Offers were available while supplies lasted.

Willo Convention Giveaway

Promotion Period: May 1–5, 2026.

Eligibility: Licensed dental professionals and dental practices located in the United States, age 18 or older. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor were excluded.

How to Enter: Scan the designated QR code and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per practice. No purchase necessary.

Prizes: Three (3) winners, each receiving:

  • $250 team lunch gift card
  • Three (3) BrushBot systems with orthodontic brush heads

ARV: $379 per prize; $1,137 total.

Winner Selection: Random drawing. Odds depended on the number of eligible entries.

Notification: Email within ten (10) days, with a seven-day response window.

Fulfillment: Prizes fulfilled after July 1, 2026.

Publicity: Practice name, city, and state could be used as permitted under applicable law.

Show Us Your Real Willo® Moment Giveaway

Promotion Period: January 23–30, 2026.

Eligibility: U.S. residents age 18 or older who were the parent or legal guardian of the child featured.

How to Enter: Post on Instagram, tag @WilloCleans, and use #WilloMoment.

Prize: $100 Willo Cash coupon.

Winner Selection: Random drawing. Winner notified by Instagram direct message with a 72-hour response window.

Content Rights: Submitted content was subject to the permissions and usage terms applicable to the original promotion.

Monthly Review Sweepstakes

Status: Concluded.

How to Enter: Submit an eligible product review on willo.com. Limit one entry per person.

Reviews were eligible regardless of whether the feedback was positive, neutral, or negative.

Prize: One-year supply of toothpaste, approximate value $84.

Winner Selection: Monthly random drawing.

No purchase necessary.

Other Willo Programs

Willo Referral Program

The Willo Referral Program rewards eligible participants for referring new customers through designated referral links.

Eligibility: U.S. residents age 18 or older, unless otherwise specified.

Participation: Referral rewards are issued following qualifying purchases in accordance with applicable program requirements.

Rewards: Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to expiration dates, purchase requirements, or other restrictions disclosed through the program.

Willo may modify or discontinue the program prospectively, subject to applicable law and previously earned reward obligations.

Additional referral program terms may apply.

Willo Gifted Collaborations

Willo may provide complimentary products to eligible creators or collaborators in exchange for agreed-upon content or other deliverables.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Complimentary products are generally limited to one per person unless otherwise agreed.
  • Deliverables must be completed within three weeks unless otherwise specified.
  • Products and participation rights are non-transferable.
  • Participants must comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements, including FTC endorsement guidelines, when posting sponsored or gifted content.

Individual collaboration agreements may establish additional requirements, permissions, and usage rights.
