CES 2025 Giveaway full terms and conditions

1. Overview: The CES 2025 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Willo, a company with a registered address of 115 Broadway, Floor 5, New York, NY 10006 ("Sponsor"). By entering, participants agree to abide by these official Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
2. Giveaway Duration: The Giveaway begins on January 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on January 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
3. Prizes:

Daily Prize: One AutoFlo+ device, valued at $249. A new winner will be selected each day during the Giveaway Period.

Grand Prize: One AutoFlo+ device plus a 1-year supply of toothpaste and brush heads, valued at $413.

4. How to Enter:
Participants may enter the Giveaway via the following methods:

Email Entry: Subscribe to the Willo email list on Willo.com. One entry will be earned for signing up for email and one additional entry for entering a phone number. Limit 1 entry per method, maximum of 2 entries via email.

Instagram/Facebook Post: Post a photo or video on Instagram/Facebook, tag @willocleans, and use the hashtag #WilloCES2025. Limit 1 entry per method.

TikTok Post: Create a video on TikTok, tag @willocleans, and use the hashtag #WilloCES2025. Limit 1 entry per method.

Each method of entry counts as one (1) entry, and a participant may earn a maximum of four (4) entries per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries via the same method are not permitted.
5. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Willo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Daily Prize Drawings: Each day during the Giveaway Period, one winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The random drawing will take place at 9:00 PM PST. Daily prize winners will be announced on Willo's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Email entry winners will be notified the via email and social media entry winners will be notified via Direct Message. All winners will notified on the next day.

Grand Prize Drawing: One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on January 13, 2025. The winner will be announced on social media, and the winner will be notified via email or Direct Message on social media.

7. Prize Details:

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other item.

Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days of being notified in order to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winning items can be shipped to continental US and it's entities only (no international shipping available at this time)

8. Privacy: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Willo. Participants may opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in any email communication.
9. General Terms:

Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Publicity Release: By entering the Giveaway, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or prize information in any publicity materials and social media posts related to the Giveaway, without compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who fails to comply with these Terms or who provides false or misleading information.

Force Majeure: If the Giveaway cannot be completed due to any circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or technical failures), Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway.

10. Governing Law: The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in NY.
11. Winner’s List: The names of the winners can be requested by sending an email to support@willo.com after January 13, 2025.
12. Miscellaneous: These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Sponsor and participants regarding the Giveaway. Any void or unenforceable provision of these Terms will be severable, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

1. Overview

Willo 32 Inc. ("Willo," "we," "our," or
"us") is hosting a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") in
connection with our product reviews. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants
("you" or "participant") agree to comply with and be bound
by these Official Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18
years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors
of Willo 32 Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to
participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must leave a review on the Willo website at willo.com
or short
review link here. between th first and last day of each month the sweepstakes runs. Only one
entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be
disqualified.

4. Prize

The prize consists of a coupon to order a one-year supply of toothpaste for one
child, valued at $84. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash
equivalent is allowed. Willo reserves the right to substitute the prize with
one of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries. The
drawing will take place on or around the third working day of each month in 2025. The winner will be
notified via email at the email address provided when leaving the review. If
the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified, an alternate
winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

6. General Conditions

By
entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Willo 32 Inc., its
affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all
liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the
Sweepstakes, including but not limited to participation in the Sweepstakes
or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Willo
reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the
entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in
violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

The
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States.

7. Privacy

By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection and use of your
personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and
contacting you if you are selected as a winner. Your information will not be
used for any other purpose without your consent.

8. Publicity

By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Willo the right to use your name,
likeness, and review for promotional purposes, including but not limited to
email newsletters, social media posts, and website content, without further
compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Willo is not responsible for any technical errors, lost or misdirected entries,
or any other problems that may interfere with your ability to participate in
the Sweepstakes.

10. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Willo
32 Inc. Sweepstakes Winner, 115 Broadway Floor 5, NY, NY 10006 within 30 days
of the end of the Sweepstakes period.

11. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Willo 32 Inc.

12. Additional Terms

Willo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if
necessary, for any reason, including if fraud or technical failures undermine
the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on
the Willo website.

Willo Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 2/19/2025

By participating in the Willo Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Willo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old. Employees of Willo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How the Program Works
Eligible participants ("Referrers") may refer friends, family, or other individuals ("Referees") to purchase Willo products using their unique referral link. When a Referee makes a qualifying purchase using the referral link, both the Referrer and the Referee may be eligible to receive a reward ("Reward").

3. Qualifying Purchase
A qualifying purchase is the first-time purchase of eligible Willo products made by a new customer using a valid referral link. Subsequent purchases by the same customer do not qualify for additional rewards.

4. Rewards
Rewards may include, but are not limited to, discounts, account credits, or free products. Willo reserves the right to change the reward type and value at any time without notice. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed as specified. Each reward is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance, after which it will expire.

5. Reward Delivery
Rewards will be delivered to the Referrer and Referee once the Referee’s qualifying purchase is confirmed. This confirmation process may take up to 30 days. Willo reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a referral was made through fraudulent or deceptive practices.

6. Limitations

• Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to participate in the Program.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant may make, but Willo reserves the right to cap rewards at its discretion.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

7. Termination and Modification
Willo reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Program, these Terms, or any participant’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason. Any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited if the Program is terminated.

8. General Conditions

• Willo is not responsible for any technical errors, miscommunications, or failures that may affect participation.
• Willo reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in abuse, misuse, or fraud.
• Participation in the Program is void where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy
By participating in the Program, you agree to Willo's Privacy Policy. Personal information collected through the Program will be used to administer and manage participation and rewards.
