Using your HSA or FSA with Willo is easier than you might think. Through our partner, TrueMed, eligible purchases can be made using pre-tax healthcare funds while a licensed provider determines whether your purchase qualifies.

Your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) lets you use pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare purchases.
Letter of Medical Necessity
During checkout, TrueMed connects you with a licensed medical provider who determines whether your purchase qualifies and, if approved, provides a Letter of Medical Necessity.

Select the TrueMed payment option during checkout to begin the eligibility process.

Finish checkout
If approved, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity and can complete your purchase using your HSA/FSA funds.

What if my child's diagnosis isn't listed?
We're actively working with TrueMed and licensed healthcare professionals to expand the list of qualifying conditions. While not every condition is currently eligible, we're committed to making this benefit available to more families over time. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider based on your individual circumstances.
