How to pay with HSA/FSA
Follow these steps when you’re ready to check out.

Start by adding a Willo Starter Kit or Brush Head Replacement Pack to your cart.
Select the HSA/FSA payment option at checkout
Choose the TrueMed HSA/FSA option during checkout to begin the eligibility process.
Answer a short health questionnaire
TrueMed will ask a few health-related questions that are reviewed to determine whether your purchase qualifies.
Complete your purchase
If approved, TrueMed will provide the required documentation and guide you through the rest of checkout.

Which Willo products are eligible?
Willo Starter Kits and Brush Head Replacement Packs may be eligible for purchase using HSA/FSA funds through TrueMed, subject to approval. Toothpaste refills are not eligible.
Does everyone qualify?
Not necessarily. Eligibility is determined by a licensed healthcare provider after you complete a brief health questionnaire during checkout. Approval depends on your individual circumstances and applicable HSA/FSA requirements.
Why is Willo HSA/FSA eligible?
Standard toothbrushes are not automatically eligible for HSA/FSA funds. Through our partnership with TrueMed, certain Willo products may qualify when a licensed healthcare provider determines they are medically necessary based on your responses to a brief health questionnaire. If approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity that allows you to complete your purchase using eligible HSA/FSA funds.
What if my child’s diagnosis isn’t listed?
We’re actively working with TrueMed and licensed healthcare professionals to expand the list of qualifying conditions. While not every condition is currently eligible, we’re committed to making this benefit available to more families over time. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider based on your individual circumstances.
