How does Preorder Work?
Preorders are charged at checkout to reserve your BrushBot in our limited first production run.
Preorder units are expected to ship by September 15, 2025. We’ll keep you updated along the way and send you a tracking number once your order ships.
You can cancel any time before your BrushBot ships for a full refund—just reach out to our team.
Like all Willo products, BrushBot comes with a 30-day risk-free trial once it arrives. If it’s not a fit, return it for a full refund.
Can my kids share a BrushBot?
We recommend each kid have their own device. While it's possible for multiple children to share a single Willo, it was designed for a single user. Frequent swapping of brush heads can result in more frequent cleaning needs, excessive wear and tear and/or void the product's warranty.

When will fluoride toothpaste be in stock?
Currently only our fluoride-free toothpaste is in stock. Fluoride toothpaste is expected to be in stock by fall. We realize this timing does not meet the needs of every family. If you would like to use Willo using our fluoride-free toothpaste, we suggest children over 6 use a fluoride rinse to maintain optimal oral health.
