BrushBot Preorder Terms & Conditions

By placing a preorder for the BrushBot, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Order Reservation

All preorders are charged in full at the time of purchase to reserve your unit from our limited first production run. Preorders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, This payment reserves your place in the early reservation queue however are considered accepted only upon confirmation from our team; we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

2. Estimated Shipping Date

BrushBot preorders are expected to ship on or before August 31, 2025. While we make every effort to meet this timeline, shipping dates are estimates and subject to change. We will notify you of any significant changes and provide emailed tracking information once your order ships.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before your order ships by contacting our support team. Changes to your shipping address must be submitted by August 15, 2025, to ensure accurate delivery. To request changes to your order (including shipping address or item updates), please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible—but we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Returns & Risk-Free Trial

All BrushBot preorders are eligible for our 30-day risk-free trial, which begins on the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping may apply— View our full return policy here. 

If you decide that you’d like to initiate a return of your Willo product within 30 days of shipping, please visit our  self service returns portal to get started.

5. Limitation of Liability


By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept that the product is not yet available for immediate shipment. While we make every effort to meet estimated production and delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occur. Willo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, changes in availability, or cancellation of the preorder; this includes, but not limited to, supply chain disruption, carrier delays or natural disasters. In the event that a preorder cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued as the sole remedy.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and agree to these terms and release Willo from any further claims or liabilities beyond the refund amount. These terms are subject to change, and the most current version will always be available on our website
