Willo Gives Initiative – Terms & Conditions

The Willo Gives Initiative (the “Campaign”) is offered by Willo 32 Inc (“Company”) and is valid on purchases made at willo.com from April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Campaign Period”).

During the Campaign Period, for each AutoFlo+ Starter Kit purchased on willo.com, Willo will contribute $10 USD to the Willo Gives Initiative, up to a maximum total contribution of $5,000 USD.

The Willo Gives Initiative is a company-led program intended to help provide Willo products and support to families who may not otherwise have access. Contributions will be allocated at the discretion of Willo following the conclusion of the Campaign Period.

Only completed purchases of AutoFlo+ Starter Kits are eligible. Orders that are canceled, returned, refunded, or otherwise not completed will not be included in the contribution total.

This Campaign applies to purchases regardless of discounts or promotions applied to the AutoFlo+ Starter Kit, unless otherwise stated.

The Willo Gives Initiative is not a registered charitable organization, and contributions made by Willo as part of this Campaign are not tax-deductible to customers.

No portion of a customer’s purchase is tax-deductible.

Willo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
