Willo Mobile Terms of Service and Privacy

By enrolling in Willo’s SMS or MMS messaging program (“Mobile Program”), you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms supplement Willo’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.


1. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to Willo text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing messages, including cart reminders, order updates, and limited-time offers, via text message from Willo at the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 10 messages per month, unless you specifically agree otherwise.

Automated technologies (such as autodialers or prerecorded messages) may be used. Message and data rates may apply.


2. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of the Mobile Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send “STOP,” you’ll receive one final confirmation text and will no longer receive SMS messages from Willo.

Please note that opt-out requests are processed promptly but may take up to 72 hours to become effective.


3. Message Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Willo, its affiliates, and mobile carriers are not responsible or liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers may vary and participation does not imply endorsement by any carrier.


4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Mobile Program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s authorization to enroll.


5. Privacy & Data Use

Your information will be handled in accordance with Willo’s SMS Privacy Policy and general Privacy Policy. We use your mobile number to send text messages and to improve your experience with Willo. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.


6. Modifications

Willo may revise these Terms or terminate the Mobile Program at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted at willo.com/sms-terms. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
