Can my kids share a Willo?
We recommend each kid have their own device. While it's possible for multiple children to share a single Willo, it was designed for a single user. Frequent swapping of brush heads can result in more frequent cleaning needs, excessive wear and tear and/or void the product's warranty.
We offer a buy more, save more discount to make it more affordable for multiple kids in a family to have a Willo.
How much are the toothpaste refills?
Willo toothpaste will cost you $6.99 per month (only $0.23 per day). Refills are sold in a convenient 4 month supply. You can save up to 15% and a task on your to do list with a subscription!
Does Willo tend to create mess or splatter?
No! The AutoFlo+ is designed for a clean, hassle-free brushing experience. The AutoFlo+ automatically applies toothpaste and rinses into the sink, making brushing mess-free.
Is Willo covered by HSA/FSA or insurance?
Please check with your specific insurance provider for coverage.
Toothbrush products are not HSA/FSA eligible at this time.
We hope that, in the future, both insurance and HSA will cover Willo, but this process may take some time.
When will fluoride toothpaste be in stock?
Currently only our fluoride-free toothpaste is in stock. Fluoride toothpaste is expected to be in stock by summer. We realize this timing does not meet the needs of every family. If you would like to use Willo using our fluoride-free toothpaste, we suggest children over 6 use a fluoride rinse to maintain optimal oral health. To receive a notification when fluoride toothpaste is available, please sign up for email updates.
