Warranty
Willo 32, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for **2 years from the date of purchase**. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as electrical malfunctions, failure of internal components, or any flaws in craftsmanship that affect the device’s functionality.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@willo.com. You will be required to provide the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. If requested, you may need to send back the entire product for inspection. Warranty claims must be pre-approved by our support team before any product is returned.
What’s Not CoveredÂ
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
- Use with accessories or consumable parts not approved by Willo 32, Inc.
- Damage resulting from use with incorrect voltage or non-Willo toothpaste.
Warranty Limitations and ConditionsÂ

Replacement Process Â
If your product qualifies for a replacement, Willo will provide a prepaid return label. Customers are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping if the prepaid label is not used.Â

Willo is not responsible for delays in fulfilling warranty claims due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or shipping disruptions.
