BFCM Willo Cash – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
Customers will earn one (1) $15 Willo Cash coupon for each Starter Kit purchased during the Black Friday promotional period. Starter Kits include BrushBot Starter Kits and AutoFlo+ Starter Kits. Coupons are issued per qualifying unit purchased, not per order.

Delivery:
Willo Cash coupons will be delivered via email to the address used at checkout. Please allow up to 72 hours after your purchase for delivery. Willo is not responsible for incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.

Redemption Window:
Willo Cash coupons may be redeemed only on Willo Complete Supplies Kits from December 5, 2025 through January 5, 2026. Coupons expire at 11:59 PM ET on January 5, 2026. Expired coupons have no value and cannot be reissued.

How to Redeem:
Each coupon will include a unique, one-time-use code valid for online purchases at willo.com.
Only one Willo Cash coupon may be applied per Complete Supplies Kit purchase. Coupons may not be stacked or combined.

Limitations:
– Willo Cash has no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
– Willo Cash cannot be applied to Starter Kits, subscription items, or any products other than Willo Complete Supplies Kits.
– Lost, deleted, or undeliverable coupons cannot be replaced.
– Coupons may not be used retroactively on past orders.

Returns:
If any Starter Kit purchased during the Black Friday promotion is returned, the associated Willo Cash coupon will be automatically forfeited. If the coupon has already been redeemed at the time of return, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the refund amount.

Fraud Prevention:
Willo reserves the right to invalidate coupons and/or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Modifications:
Willo may modify or terminate this promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect coupons already issued.
