As a Willo Ambassador, you will help introduce patients to an innovative automatic toothbrush designed to make brushing easier, more effective, and less stressful for kids. By helping children brush more independently and consistently, Willo supports better oral hygiene habits and outcomes between dental visits. 

How the Program Works

• Recommend Willo to patients and families in your practice
• Share your custom ambassador code directly on the patient materials provided for in-office use
• Families order online using your code at checkout. No inventory required
• Patients receive an exclusive $10 discount
• Your office earns $20 for every purchase made using your code

Growing as a Willo Ambassador

The more families you help through the Ambassador Program, the more opportunities your office will unlock. As referrals grow, ambassadors will receive exclusive offers, deeper access to Willo resources, and additional ways to partner with our team. Start by putting your materials to work, sharing your code with patients, and completing your first-month ambassador activities.

Your First 30 Days as a Willo Ambassador 

To get started, we ask each ambassador office to complete a few simple steps within the first month. 

1. Display your Willo office materials

You should have received your Ambassador packet, or it will be arriving shortly. You can also access your office materials below. Please display them prominently and use them during patient conversations, since they help families understand Willo and make it easier to act on your recommendation. Be sure to add your ambassador code to patient-facing materials so families receive their discount and your office receives credit for purchases.

2. Begin sharing your ambassador code with patients 

We encourage ambassadors to talk about Willo with all pediatric patients and families. Most kids struggle with brushing in some way, and Willo’s technique-free brushing can help make brushing easier and more effective at home. Your custom ambassador code should have been sent by email, and it should be added to your office and patient materials so families can use it at checkout.

3. Capture and submit before-and-after disclosing tablet photos 

Within your first month, we ask all ambassador offices to capture and submit before-and-after disclosing tablet photos. These images help show plaque buildup, demonstrate patient progress, and make your oral hygiene education more visual and impactful.

4. Create and share content 

We encourage ambassadors to share Willo on social media to help educate more families about healthy brushing habits.

Ideas include:

• Oral hygiene tips
• Videos of you and staff members showcasing Willo 
• Photos of your Willo materials in-office
• Brushing education content
• Staff recommendations

Practices that share educational content often see stronger patient engagement and referral activity.

If you are open to it, we’d also love to feature or repost your content on Willo social channels to help spread awareness and highlight your practice’s commitment to preventive care. Please send a signed release form to your rep so we have permission to use the content in future materials.

By combining visual education, practical oral health tips, and personalized recommendations, the leaflet helps reinforce what families should focus on at home to support healthier brushing habits. 

The leaflet allows dental professionals to:

• Mark areas where the child may be struggling with brushing

This compact takeaway piece highlights key Willo benefits in a parent-friendly format and gives families an easy way to revisit the recommendation at home or whenever they’re ready to purchase. It also includes a QR code and space for your ambassador code so families can easily access their exclusive discount at checkout.
